The current public baseline is:
- paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- refunds are handled case by case

Ownership and control
Your data and models
The public product position is that you keep rights to the data you upload and the models built from it. Reticuli gets the permission needed to operate the service, not ownership of your material.
Workspace responsibility
For team accounts, someone should clearly own billing, access, deployment, and update decisions.
Export on exit
The current terms state that users keep the right to export data and models for a limited period after termination.
